Refund Policy

Nayathi Technologies Private Limited sells digital software licenses. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for digital license purchases from our software store.

1. Digital products

Because licenses are delivered electronically, refunds are limited once a license key or download link has been issued, except where required by law or as stated below.

2. Eligible refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if: (a) the digital license was not delivered after successful payment, (b) the product is materially different from the product page description, or (c) a duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are generally not available after a license has been activated or extensively used, for change-of-mind purchases, or for issues caused by unsupported devices or environments clearly listed on the product page.

4. How to request

Email info@nayathi.com with your order reference, product name, and reason for the request. You can also use our Contact form. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed according to the payment provider’s timelines. The amount refunded will match the price paid at checkout, unless a partial refund is agreed in writing.
